Jackson9 February 2023If you want the best customer service in window tinting, this is the tint shop for you. You'll be hard pressed to find a better tint shop in the Birmingham area. These guys guarantee their work and actually stand behind it. I've had several vehicles tinted from many different shops over the years and this is, by far, the best experience that I've had. A couple of years ago I paid top dollar at another local tint shop in the Pelham area to install top-quality tint on my car. Unfortunately, I've never been satisfied with it. I'm picky when it comes to tint so I had to replace it. After calling around, I found General Auto Film Solutions. I spoke with Alex and expressed my concerns with the previous tint job. He took time to show me options and to find the perfect tint solution for my vehicle. Since then, I've had Alex and his team tint all of my other vehicles. They are the only tint shop around that will touch my vehicles moving forward. Top-tier customer service. Top-quality products. 5-star experience all the way!Posted on Google
T Tran4 February 2023“Absolutely great service, very helpful staff. Alex is a good man. They worked on my 2023 Tesla Model Y. Front windshield, driver and passenger windows ceramic tint. Great prices & Value. I had limited time & this was further away than others, but Alex got me in there with many other cars. No other choice for service, quality & an owner who believes in professionalism & customer service! The reviews speak for themselves!Posted on Google

Billy23 April 2021WOW I’m so blown away with how brand new my car looks! Alex is such a professional individual and I was NOT disappointed! There’s a reason this business has 4.9 out of 5. I’d recommend this place anyone that needs detailing done! I took my car in for a pet deep shampooing since my poor cat had an accident while we had to relocate during the tornados. The smell is FINALLY GONE!!! I will definitely will be a returning customer for and exterior detailing & paint touch up soon! Prices are also very reasonable! Thank you so much Alex & SMAD employees! Keep up the great work!!Posted on Google
Marilyn Ireland3 March 2021Wow! Super good! Got up all the exterior and door and trunk dirt! These guys know what they are doing. I am happy. Just remember if you want armor-all. on the internet you must ask for it. Thank you!Posted on Google
Jenni Hodges16 February 2021Can't even describe how good your car will look after Alex is done with it! Think brand spanking new! We've had 2 cars done. One was cloth seats after transitioning my child out of booster seats. Mom's, you know what it's like under there!! Every spot was gone out of the interior! The second was a work truck. My husband cuts grass out of it everyday. Dirt, grease, grass clippings everywhere. It was all removed and looked fresh off the lot. We actually found them after discovering a local car lot uses them to get used cars ready to sell. Definitely more intense than your normal detail service, and more expensive, but well worth the price to get your car back to brand new! Really great birthday present for spouses!! Hubs had mine done for my birthday and I was over the moon!Posted on Google

Nick Fusco10 June 2019Let me begin by saying that we are overly picky about the care of our vehicles. It has been about a year since we last waxed our car and called SMAD about doing a full detail of the vehicle. We dropped the car of were told we could pick it up between 4:30 and 5 PM. Due to a personal issue, we were unable to get back to his shop before he would have closed. We called him and he said not to worry, he would leave the vehicle inside his shop overnight. The quality of There was a bad spot in the paint (overspray), and without question, he noticed it and said he would buff that area out. He walked the car with us pointing out the work they did. The car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. SMAD’s work and communication were excellent and they handled themselves with the utmost professionalism and knowledge. We can’t say enough and would recommend them above all.Posted on Google
